Sweat it out to a full-body cardio + strength workout. Our workout leverages the science behind HIIT (high intensity interval training) to burn calories and build full-body muscle in a short timespan.
THE YOGA FLOW
Every ZenFit class includes a portion of breath-focused yoga to stretch the muscles targeted in the workout, release stress and additional “feel good” endorphins, and help get you in flow for the meditation.
THE GUIDED MEDITATION
Top things off and clear your head with 10 minutes of guided breathing and mindfulness meditation designed to boost your brain power and day-to-day mood. The approach we use doesn’t require any previous experience with mindfulness and is scientifically-validated.
